Sunday Co-Rec Session 1 Division (Co-Rec)

This division follows our Co-Rec format. Captains will discuss the preferred gender-matching ratios before the start of each game based on attendance and preferences of woman-matching players.

Tuesday Competitive Division (Mixed)

This division will skip play on July 7, 2026.

The competitive division is intended to offer a high level of play for experienced players. This division is suggested for those that have played club or college ultimate for at least one year. Teams will be selected with a draft process outlined below.

This division will be played in a mixed format. 4 teams will be formed in a closed draft, with 6 spaces reserved for WMPs on each team. Play will follow the ABBA format for gender ratio, but is dependent on attendance.

Approximately 48 players will be drafted and placed on a team. All undrafted players will be refunded and added to a pick-up list if desired. Unfortunately, registration transfers to other divisions will not be permitted.

This division is 10 weeks long. The first two weeks will be semi-structured pick-up for everyone to show the captains their skills. Between week two and three, captains will draft their teams. After a double round-robin regular season, a two-week playoff will take place. The championship game will be played as a showcase with an accompanying viewing party. The champions will receive championship jerseys or tanks.

While safety and spirit are the top priorities, playing hard and trying to win games should be a focus in this division. Playing time will be balanced as much as possible, but captains will have the option of managing lines a bit during games.

This division will skip play on July 2nd, 2025 The first 6 weeks will be a double round robin and then there will be a team reshuffle for a round robin the last 3 weeks.

Wednesday Middle School (Co-Rec)

This league is open to anyone ages 11-15 who is excited about ultimate frisbee, whether you are a veteran player or you have never thrown a disc before! All are welcome.

Practices will be on Wednesdays, 7:00pm–8:30pm, June 24 through Aug 12, 2026 at the Forsythe Middle School athletic fields, located at 1655 Newport Rd. See the Detailed Information for information about practice cancellation policy.

All practices will start with 20-30 minutes of skill development and teambuilding, followed by time for scrimmaging (plus lots of water breaks to stay cool and hydrated). Adult coaches (all with clear background checks on file with Ann Arbor Ultimate) will oversee practices to ensure inclusivity and good spirit of the game, teach game fundamentals, and make sure practices are always fun.
